Ten product integrated solution
Watergate
Plus
BRANZ Appraisal 695 [2017] and
Codemark BRANZ-CM-1002.
New Zealand’s premium all- purpose wall wrap, Watergate Plus
is made from synthetic materials. It
is fire retardant, water resistant and
vapour permeable.
Thermakraft
220
BRANZ Appraisal 912 [2021]
Lightweight synthetic, fire retardant
wall wrap for use with timber or
steel framing behind absorbant
or non-absorbant wall claddings,
either direct fix or with a cavity.
Covertek
403
BRANZ Appraisal 918 [2016]
Non self-supporting fire retardant
synthetic roof and wall underlay.
Suitable as a roof and wall underlay
on both timber and steel framed
buildings, with both absorbent and
non-absorbent claddings that are
either direct or cavity fixed. Stud Strap
Lightweight, high strength roof
and wall underlay support, ideal for
large wall applications to restrict
bellowing of wall underlays in
drained cavities and to support non
self-supporting roof underlays.
Thermastrap
High strength roof and wall
underlay support, ideal for large
wall applications to restrict
bellowing of wall underlays in
drained cavities, and to support non
self-supporting roof underlays.
Corner Moulds
Thermakraft Corner Moulds
are flexible, strong and durable.
Available in two size packs of 20

White General
Purpose Tape
White GP Tape has a high
performing acrylic adhesive giving
it superior bonding in a wide range
of environments. GP Tape is easy
to apply and is commonly used on
synthetic underlays, or damp-proof
membranes such as Thermathene.
It is also ideal for sealing edges of
vapour control layers.
OneSeal Multi- fit Pipe & Cable
Penetration Seals
BRANZ Appraisal 942 [2017]
OneSeal is a unique multi-fit
system providing air and water
resistance for pipes and cables.
Simple to install with no need for
special tools, glue or tapes, they
are extremely airtight and provide
high strength adhesion to a wide
range of substrates. Compatible
with most building membranes and
rigid air barriers. OneSeals have
pre-punched markings suitable for a
range of sizes.
Aluband Window
Flashing Tape
(Bituminous)
BRANZ Appraisal 878 [2019]
Premium flexible window flashing
tape made with a heavy bituminous
adhesive, Aluband provides high
strength bond and excellent
abrasion resistance.
For use around framed joinery
openings in conjunction with
Thermakraft Corner Moulds as
a secondary weather resistant
barrier and also at joinery heads to
seal flashing upstands to the wall
underlay.
Thermaflash Window
Flashing Tape
BRANZ Appraisal 1122 [2020]
Thermaflash is a high performance
self-adhering window flashing
tape. The advanced adhesive
technology provides a high strength
bond to most building surfaces
and wall underlays. Thermaflash
can be installed in a wide range of
temperatures and can withstand
UV exposure for up to 180 days. It
is suitable for residential building
(E2/AS1, E2/AS4) and medium
rise buildings (E2/VM2). Most
window sealants will bond directly
to Thermaflash. It is installed in
conjunction with Thermakraft
Corner Moulds into and around
window and door openings, as well
as other wall penetrations, over the
wall underlay and exposed frame
to cover both the face and edge
of the opening as a secondary
weather resistant barrier. Also used
at joinery heads to seal flashing
upstands to the wall underlay.
