TABLE 1.1 and TABLE 1.2, in conjunction with FIGURE 1, show the available standard Steel SRP™ Stud and SRP™ Track sizes with the corresponding BMT [Base Metal Thickness] range. Other sizes, subject to availability of structural data, are also offered. SRP™ Standard Tracks are available in 3.0m standard stock lengths for all sizes; other lengths or cut to length are also available on request. SRP™ Whisperwall™ and Standard SRP™ Studs are available in 2.7m, 3.0m, 3.3m, 3.6m and 4.2m standard stock lengths; cut to length is also available on request.

Our standard deflection track has a 50mm leg length however SRP can manufacture various leg lengths to suit the application.

Deflection Head Track

Slotted Deflection Head Track

Allows for vertical deflection with the stud screwed to the slotted head track.

Eliminates the need for a row of nogging within 100mm of the head track.

Can also be used for stud bridging where stud is used as a ceiling.

Slot centres 25mm, length 32mm and width 6.5mm.

Double Slot Nog Track

Face-Fix Nog

Quick and easy to fix after framing has already been installed. Designed for both standard and acoustic stud.

Simply bend out the pre-punched bracing tabs and fix to the edge of the stud. Track length 3000mm.

Zero Clip & Acoustic Zero Clip

Combines with 16mm and 28mm batten to provide a wall strapping solution. Space ceiling at 1200mm centres and walls at 900mm centres.

The acoustic zero clip comes complete with a threaded rubber washer to isolate the wall from the framing.

Zero Clip with TruBolt

Used for strapping concrete and block walls. Threaded hole and masonry anchor included (65mm – 180mm).
