Our high quality compressed earth blocks have been used in houses in the Waimakariri, Selwyn and Hurunui districts.

Benefits of our earth blocks:

• due to the character and the size of the 400 series earth blocks, there is no need for framing, insulation, lining, cladding or painting.
• high thermal mass, so less energy is needed to heat and cool the house
• good sound insulation. For a 40 cm thick wall the insulation is up to 56 dB
• healthy: Earth emits no hazardous gasses or substances into the interior atmosphere.  The blocks are not chemically treated and do not contain any volatile compounds
