Millboard Decking
Polyurethane Resin & Mineral Composite (RMC)
Available in various colours and textures and matching Nosing's and fascia boards.

Scope of use
Millboard decking is extremely versatile and can be used in practically every outdoor space to enhance decks, balconies, roof gardens, boardwalks, bridges, pontoons, seating, steps, planters and more. Millboard is primarily used as a decking product.
Millboard cannot be used as Roofing

New Zealand Building Code (NZBC)
The product will, if employed in accordance with the supplier's installation and maintenance requirements, assist with meeting the following provisions of the building code:
- Clause B1 Structure: Performance B1.3.1, B1.3.2, B1.3.4(a), B1.3.4(b), B1.3.4(c), B1.3.4(d), B1.3.4(e)
- Clause B2 Durability: Performance B2.3.1(c)
- Clause F2 Hazardous building materials: Performance F2.3.1
Notes
Millboard is simple to replace, although the Durafix fixings disappear the boards can be prized off the deck using a flat bar and either re-used or disposed. The fixings will then need to be removed from the subframe.
Being manufactured under strict quality control in the UK, Millboard is of the highest quality. The core of Millboard is Limestone (natural mineral), meaning it will not rot or break down over time. The top surface layer of Millboard is called Lastane, this is an incredible durable rubberised layer making it highly slip resistant.

Millboard is installed and distributed all over the world including counties such as, France, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Russia, Australia and New Zealand.
Millboard has been installed in both commercial and residential applications all over the world. Some of the uses are boardwalks, Public parks, Residential homes and many more. One of the more notable projects is a the famous Lego Land in London. Millboard was installed here over 7 years ago where over 10 Million people walk on it each year, it still looks like when it was installed.
Millboard has it's own state of the art testing facilities where each batch is tested before it is sent out. Some of the tests that are done on the product include, UV weathering, slip resistance, breaking strength, scratch resistance and many more.
