Supercrete Block Systems

The Supercrete Block Construction System uses site reinforced AAC Blocks to build solid masonry walls with excellent thermal and acoustic attributes. Supercrete Block walls require no additional lining as they easily exceed New Zealand Building Code insulation requirements. Supercrete Blocks can be used for internal and external walls, load-bearing walls and for multi-storey construction.

Supercrete Blocks are 600mm long by 250mm high and available in a range of thicknesses from 50mm through to 300mm. They are installed using Supercoat AAC Superbond adhesive with finished joints being only 2 - 3mm thick.

Supercrete Block walls are reinforced with vertical steel threaded rods installed after all the blocks are laid. A variety of high quality surface finish options are available with the full range of Supercoat Coating Systems. Interior surfaces can be rendered, or plasterboard can be direct fixed to Supercrete Block walls with glue and screws.
