Product Description
This modified bitumen membrane system is designed for above and below-ground waterproofing applications. Its double-layer system is torched on; the heat of which maximises the seal to the most intricate and vulnerable areas for leaks such as roof penetrations, internal corners and gutter junctions.
Suitable for low slope/flat roofs, gutters, parapets and between concrete slabs and under floors. Suitable for inland use or coastal conditions.
- The 3mm "base" sheet (an APP asphalt based membrane) followed by a 4mm mineral-chip "cap" sheet available in black and grey, make up the double-layer system (torch-applied).
- UV and Ozone depletion resistant.
- Rot and puncture resistant.
- Rubberised system for extreme climates (won’t crack in cold, flexible up to -15C).
- BRANZ appraised No. 567.
- 20 year product warranty and eligible for Viking's comprehensive Full System Warranty.
- Manufactured by one of Europe’s leading modified bitumen membrane manufacturers.
