HomeRAB™ Pre-Cladding is an alternative to traditional flexible underlays used in residential buildings and provides the benefits of an extra weathertightness, improved thermal resistance and acoustic performance at the same time.
HomeRAB™ Pre-Cladding is a 4.5mm thick fibre cement sheet sealed on the face and edges and is used as a rigid air barrier on residential buildings.
Provides early lock up and helps in achieving complete weathertightness which means you can start working on the inside before the final cladding goes on reducing build time, saving time and money. Can eliminate one building consent authority inspection when pre-line and pre-clad inspections are combined.
Water repellent sealer applied on the face and edges helps to dispose of moisture quickly and resists moisture penetration.
4.5mm x 3000 x 1200 or 2750 x 1200 or 2450 x 1200
Scope of use
